Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — Several major shareholders of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. (BBNI) are poised to receive a windfall from the bank’s cash dividend for the 2025 financial year, with the total payouts reaching Rp13.03 trillion.
The Indonesian government, through PT Danantara Asset Management (Persero)—a strategic arm under the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (BPI Danantara)—as BBNI’s controlling shareholder, is expected to collect trillions of rupiah from the dividend payout.
