Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. (TLKM) says the spin-off of its infrastructure assets into Infranexia is poised to become a powerful new revenue engine. The newly formed entity is even touted as a potential successor to Telkomsel in terms of growth and value creation.
TLKM confirmed that the spin-off has reached 60% completion. Management is aiming to finalize the process by the first half of 2026.

Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — Danantara Indonesia remains optimistic that dividend payments from state-owned enterprises (SOEs) will continue to accelerate in the coming years, surpassing previous realizations. However, the government has raised concerns over the company’s strategy for managing these dividend inflows.
CEO Rosan Roeslani said that SOE dividends, which were previously deposited into the state treasury through the Ministry of Finance, can now be directly reinvested by Danantara.
