Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — The government has deployed Rp100 trillion from its Excess Budget Balance (SAL) into the banking sector in a bid to stem foreign capital outflows from the government bond (SBN) market, which totaled Rp30.99 trillion as of the end of last week (3/27/2026).
Downward pressure on SBN is reflected in the 10-year benchmark yield, which has held at around 6.84%, underscoring persistent strain in the bond market. This compares with a level of 6.05% at the end of December 2025.
