Bisnis.com, JAKARTA — Indonesian conglomerate Theodore Permadi Rachmat (TP Rachmat), also known as Oei Giok Eng and the founder of Triputra Group, has unexpectedly executed a share sale in PT Essa Industries Indonesia Tbk. (ESSA).

Data from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), updated and released by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on March 5, 2026, show that TP Rachmat sold 8.95 million ESSA shares in the company that is jointly associated with Garibaldi “Boy” Thohir.
